Major Releases

  • Schedule Insights Agent
    • The LLM-powered Schedule Insights Agent helps you analyze your schedule via a chat interface, allowing you to quickly discover insights and make informed decisions without needing to review a Gantt chart.
  • Schedule Difference Report
    • The LLM-powered schedule difference report automatically generates an easy-to-read explanation of the differences between two schedules, saving users hours of tedious analysis work.
  • Ramp Resources
    • Accurately model the availability of resources across the duration of a project to create more realistic schedules.

Plan Page

  • Custom work weeks in Microsoft Project are now supported by ALICE when uploading a new schedule.
  • Imported task duration can now be used as a variable when building duration formulas.
  • Idle time for equipment improvements. In the equipment tab, users can optionally define a calendar to be used for idle time and cost calculation. 

Explore Page

  • A solutions filter has been added so users can customize their Explore page and identify the best possible schedules for their project. Filter by cost, duration, utilization, criticality or solution type.
  • When clicking ‘Edit Plan’ from the Explore or Analyze page, if a project has multiple plans the user can choose which plan to edit. 

Analyze Page

  • Timelapse view - if you have created a canvas for your plan, you can view an animated visual timelapse of a schedule on the Analyze page. 

Canvas 

  • Custom block shapes - users can create their own block shapes in the Canvas view in addition to using the standard shapes.
  • The shape of blocks can be changed after they are created (ex. from circle to square)
