Insights Agent

  • Insights Agent now understands calendars, workweeks, and overtime intervals. 
  • Insights Agent now understands that lag time can be a bottleneck to optimization and can surface when lag is preventing optimization or impacting critical or longest path.
  • Insights Agent now has a Stop button. Helpful if the user accidentally asks the wrong question or if the agent is taking too long and they want to stop the conversation and start over.

Canvas

  • Users can now toggle to enable or disable blocks from snapping to grid on the Canvas view.

Optimize

  • Intermediate milestones can now be used as a custom X-axis on the scatterplot, making it easier to visually compare schedules based on attainment of a specific milestone. Learn more.
  • P6 files that contain multiple projects can now be successfully imported and exported, with the original file structure remaining intact upon export.  Learn more.

Analyze

  • Users can now pick which schedules to analyze and compare directly from the Analyze page using the new schedule selector dropdown. Previously, they had to be selected from the Optimize page.
  • Resource Ramp has improved export compatibility with P6. Now, when exporting a schedule where some activities placement was due to resource ramp, the exported schedule will assign milestones to those tasks.This ensures that hitting F9 in P6 will not result in unwanted movement of activities. Model

  • Export/Import Edit Data Table to Excel (open beta) - By popular demand, the Excel export/import for plan data is now available in Model. 
  • Task ID improvements
    • Task IDs are now consistent across scenarios
    • Task IDs generated by ALICE are now unique across different projects and plans.
  • Import from BIM feature now only triggers recalculation of imported parameters. Non-imported parameters remain unchanged.
  • Solutions can now be generated that violate constraints and generate negative float. This allows users to explore the trade off‘Minimize negative float’ is now available in the selective objective menu.
